Junior AFL for boys and girls of all ages.
The NTJFA is a junior Australian Football association formed in 1974. The NTJFA provides a junior and youth football competition for over 2000 children from Under 9 to Under 17 across the Northern region of Tasmania. Boys, girls and mixed teams play football in rosters and representative games.
The NTJFA has 12 member clubs:

- East Launceston Junior Football Club
- George Town Junior Football Club
- St Helens Football Club t/a East Coast Swans
- Launceston Football Club
- Longford Junior Football Club
- North Launceston Football Club
- Scottsdale Football Club
